Every plan includes: checklist templates and recurring periods (monthly, quarterly, year-end, one-off); missing-item detection from checklists, uploads and imported transactions (CSV); requests drafted in your firm's voice; nothing is sent until you approve it; no-login client portal: uploads per item and answers to transaction questions; polite reminders that stop when everything is in, with escalation to the assigned bookkeeper; dashboard: outstanding, received, overdue and days to complete; team assignment, roles and a full audit trail; exports (CSV and JSON) and data deletion.
Plans differ only by how many active clients and team members you have. Active clients count against your plan; archived clients don't, and you can archive or restore one any time.
